Before you write in about a job
If a job failed, the reason it failed is recorded against the job itself and visible in the dashboard. Operations refused for policy reasons — an unknown root, a read-only root, a disallowed extension, a path that resolved outside its root — say so precisely. That message is usually the fastest answer, and quoting it to us saves a round trip.
